Generally, we do not accept returns and in some cases are not able to accept returns due to the nature of our products.
However, if a firework fails to function as expected and/or intended by yourself or by Red Apple®, we may be able to credit you for the amount of the firework you purchased.
To file for a Creditable Product Claim, simply follow this procedure:
Send an email to <span class="colour" style="color: rgb(17, 85, 204);"><u>email@example.com</u></span> with the following information included:
The information you used to place the order (full name, email address, phone number)
A list of the firework(s) that did not function as intended/expected
A description of how each firework failed to perform
High-quality pictures and/or videos that show how the firework(s) failed to perform
We will review the information you have provided and determine whether or not to issue a credit to your account.
