Can I cancel my in-store pickup order?

Generally, you can cancel your order up to the point that the order is put together for you to pick up.

You will be responsible for any and all expenses based on processing your order to that point.

If your order had already been picked and wrapped for pickup prior to you canceling your order, we charge a restocking fee that equals 25% of the gross value of your order (e.g. if your order costs $1,000, we will charge a $250 restocking fee).
